Webform.dev is an email form service designed for developers. We provide tools to collect form submissions from websites and deliver them via email or webhooks.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

We strive to maintain high availability, but cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the service will be disabled.
Refunds are available within 2 weeks of subscribing to a paid plan, provided the account has not exceeded the free tier usage limits.
Our liability for service outages or disruptions is limited to refunding service charges for the affected period, up to a maximum of one full month's fees.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The service and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without permission.
